Hormone Health recipe - Cranberry and Lemon Elixir

This elixir is great for hormone health, and specifically for the second half of our menstrual cycle. 

This is because in the second half of our cycle, we want to be making sure oestrogen is detoxing efficiently out of our bodies.  

If it’s not, it can be recycling back through our system to become toxic and elevated.  

This is where we get oestrogen dominant symptoms like moodiness, irritability, fatigue, angry, puffy and/or sore breasts

Consuming this elixir daily in the second half of your cycle can help you with these symptoms.

Cranberries support the lymphatic system and lemon is great for the liver.

RECIPE:

·        1 large glass of filtered water

·        1/2 squeezed lemon

·        1 tablespoon cranberry concentrate (no sugar added).

·        Drink daily for the second half of your cycle.
