Do you have symptoms, of abdominal bloating, pain, constipation and/or diarrhea?
Are you suffering from food coma or general fatigue?
Is Eczema or other skin irritations causing discomfort?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, we may be able to find the answer you are looking for. 80% of our clients suffer from at least one of these questions. Usually they have been to Specialist after Specialist looking for the answers to their health concerns but with no success.
This is where we step in as Qualified Naturopathic Practitioners. We use Functional Pathology testing; this means we look at the functional, biochemical, nutritional, metabolic and hormonal states of your health. These testing procedures gives us an extensive understanding to what might be the cause of your signs and symptoms.
One test we use in our clinic is called ‘Bioscreen testing’- this is an in depth stool test that most Specialists and GPs don’t use, which tests for good and bad bacteria in your gut along with parasites. The best thing about this test is that it is more extensive than your normal GP or Gastroenterology test, and can therefore get much clearer answers about what is causing your problems . The testing Company that we use has a full-time Microbiologist that looks at your stool, and analyzes it rather than running it through a machine and having a program spitting out data.
Another test we look at in our clinic, which is more specific when symptoms are associated around certain foods, is called an ‘IgG or IgA food intolerance test’. This test is so comprehensive that it tests your immune tolerance against 96 general foods ranging from dairy, meats, grains, fruit and veg plus much more.
Both these tests are non-invasive, done in the privacy of your home and are very cost effective. Why? Because they get you answers, rather than you spending endless time and money trying to figure it out for yourself.
