Our hormones fluctuate over the course of our lives due to many factors, not just age.
We tend to only notice them when something goes amiss, such as feeling extremly fatigued, being stressed out, getting hot flushes, unable to sleep properly, having mood swings, gaining excess weight, low libido, or having painful periods.
In this session, Nutritionist Adrian Stone and Naturopath Morgan Helmling will delve into the importance of our hormones to our health, the factors which influence them and what the most important areas are to maintain a healthy hormone balance.
Topics to be discussed will include stress, hormone changes, fatigue, conditions like PCOS and endometriosis, and their link to hormone balance.
